For Job Seekers
What makes us different from other job boards?
Our goal is to make your job search more focused, efficient, and user friendly. All applications go through our platform, so you can track them in one place without dealing with external links. We are focused on helping you land a job and are constantly improving based on your feedback.
Why can I only apply to five jobs per day?
We believe in quality over quantity. By limiting applications to five per day, we encourage candidates to apply only to jobs they're truly interested in. This helps employers take every application more seriously, and gives your application a better chance of being noticed.
What does "Strong Interest" mean?
You can apply to two jobs per day using a "Strong Interest" flag. This signals to employers that this job is one of your top choices. Employers will see a special label on your application indicating you are especially interested in the position.
What happens when I hit my daily application limit?
Your ability to apply will reset every 24 hours (based on your local time). You will be able to apply to five new jobs, with two more strong interest options.
Can I cancel an application to free up a spot?
Currently, you cannot cancel or undo an application once it is submitted. We encourage you to read job descriptions carefully and apply intentionally.
Why do you limit applications at all?
Traditional job boards often prioritize volume, which can overwhelm employers and reduce your chances of being noticed. We focus on signal, not spam, so that each job seeker is more likely to stand out.
Will unused applications carry over to the next day?
No, application limits reset daily. Any unused applications will not roll over, so use your daily opportunities wisely!

What does it mean if someone applied with "Strong Interest"?
"Strong Interest" applicants are those who chose your job as one of their top two daily priorities. It is a signal of high intent and engagement. You will see this marked on their application profile.
How do I know this system improves application quality?
We designed this system to reduce noise and increase signal. Unlike traditional job boards that encourage mass apply behavior, ours rewards thoughtful candidates and gives you fewer but better applications to review.
Can we use external application links?
We require all applications to be submitted through our platform to ensure a consistent, standardized experience for both employers and candidates. This allows us to collect structured responses, and present applications in a unified format. It also helps maintain quality and reduces drop-offs that often happen with external links.
